Refund policy
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Returns
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be in original packaging when possible
Return shipping
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
